There are times we may feel we’re alone in our beliefs or that there are simply no other individuals with the ability to see or hear the Word which has been expressed in our day. As I was having these thoughts recently I was reminded of another time this occurred. Elijah the prophet was feeling this way directly after his life was threatened by Jezebel. This account can be found in 1 Kings 19. As we see in this chapter, Elijah was told that God actually had 7000 others reserved to Himself. A few days ago I was pondering about statements Rev. William Branham had made on two separate occasions. He stated on March 21, 1963. “Them names were put on the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the world, will come forth just as certain as anything. And that’s why Jesus sits right There and waits with His mediatorial work, until that last seed. And He’ll know exactly when it strikes.”
The Fourth Seal, and
April 17, 1964 “ Now, doesn’t matter how much we speak to, we speak the same thing. I’ve spoke in companies of just three or four, then I’ve spoke five hundred thousand at one time. Two hundred and fifty thousand, another time. And it don’t matter what it is, what Christ sends to me, to listen. I speak the…I wouldn’t change my subject one bit, if this was a million people sitting here, tonight, just the same. Cause, I’m only sowing seed, and It has to fall on the ground somewhere. And when that last seed has been brought in, there won’t be any more.”
Then Jesus Came And Called.
So…. What about that number at the top of this page? That number is the current population of the world. As time goes by and as we continue to spread This Word, it will come to the place when only oneseed, the last seed, will be the only left which is able to and will except this Message. Literally 8, 231,613,069 people will not receive this Word….. and we wonder why it may feel were alone?
Jesus said “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature”
Mark 16:15. It will get to the place there will only be that last seed, but we won’t know when or where. We’re only to continue attempting to bring Light into the darkness. To bring the great grace of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world.
Brother Branham also stated April 3, 1959. “Listen friends, I’ll ask, take any student here to—to—to discuss that. The Scripture said that the Angel of God could only seal those who weeped and cried for the abomination did in the city. All that has read that, say, “Amen.” There it is. Just those who sigh and cry for the abomination the city. “Oh,” you say, “I’ve been a Pentecostal a long time.” That’s good, so have I, but brother, what about that Spirit of concern about the lost world if you’re about the Father’s business”. Living, Dying, Buried, Rising, Coming.
Ezekiel 9:4.
We meet people every day which are clearly lost, dying and walking in great darkness. Our desire should be to share with these our Great Light, hoping they come to know what we know and walk in a grace this world, including most of the churches, have no clue actually exists for many of the churches are lodges with names on a registry, but no life being lived.
Don’t believe that? Ever read Revelations 3:15-18?
But there has been a promise given. In Isaiah 60:1-2, even though in verse 2 there is gross darkness, verse one promises there is Light! And Zechariah 14:7 prophesied, That Light, would come “at evening time!”
So here we stand, desiring for those that are lost and sitting in darkness to see Great Light (Matt. 4:16-17) and come to know Jesus Christ in the complete fullness of His Word.
Don’t be discouraged my friends, keep looking forward. Keep walking in this Great Light and share this gospel to every creature for God assures “His Word will not return void.” Isaiah 55:11….. and should at times you seem to become down, take a lesson from Elijah, Don’t pay attention to the wind, earthquake or fire but listen for that still, small voice.
God bless.
