We Have Seen His..... Star

There have been individuals visiting this web site that have questioned what we believe and what we’re talking about when we refer to listening to the Voice of God in this Age. Upon pondering these questions, I was drawn to the scripture found in Matthew 2:10, "When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy". When I read this particular passage, my heart was taken back to the time of the three wise men that saw the Star in the East and what they must have been thinking when they were moved within themselves to follow that Star, wondering all the while for how long and where it would eventually lead them. What was its purpose and why were they the only ones to see the star in the first place?

This is a story that no doubt most of us have heard since childhood and most of the time within the décor of the Christmas season we see manger scenes showing these three wise magi at the side of the humble bed that the Almighty God was laying when He manifested Himself in human flesh. When we actually look into the Bible, we can see that although the story has been told for multiple years, it’s not accurate with the scriptures. The three men were never at the manger as we see in      Matthew 2:11, "And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense and myrrh".

We can read further in verses 2-4 and see that when the three men reached Jerusalem that not King Herod, nor all Jerusalem, not the chief priest, nor scribes seemed to know anything about the Star and that in verse 7, King Herod was dependent on the wise men to tell him when the star had appeared. We can understand from verse 16 that the wise men must to have been journeying for up to two years due to the fact that King Herod ordered the murder of all the children up to two years of age….. “according to the time which he had diligently inquired of the wise men.”

So, what does this Christmas story have to do with the original question about what we believe and what we mean by the Voice of God today? Let’s go forward to the book of Revelation 1:16 & 20, 16 “And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp two-edged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength".

20 “The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.”

I would like to take this moment to relay it is not my desire to teach the Bible but rather to preach the Gospel and then let the Word achieve what it is the Lord pleases for it to accomplish. Isaiah 55:11, so in writing this….. Just who are these angels and where were the seven churches?

Many teach that what it reads in Revelation chapters 2 and 3, refers to these seven churches as the churches of Asia Minor. Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, Laodicea and indeed those churches did exist as we can see during Apostle Paul’s travels. However, what it reads in Rev. 2:20, states that there would be angels to these individual churches and the chapters go on to describe what the characteristics of the seven churches. We can easily match those descriptions to the church throughout history and plainly see that the characteristics described match perfectly with the course the church has went since the time of Paul, continuing onward until today. Such as the Church of Laodicea, where we find that Jesus Christ Himself has been placed out of the church and that the condition of the church is increased with goods and in need of nothing yet is found to actually be lukewarm, wretched, miserable, poor, blind and naked, being very well educated yet lacking the clothing of Christ Like Character and spotless lives of His Divine Nature. Rev. 3:14-18

So if the Seven Churches refer to the church throughout the last two thousand years, then who would be the Angel promised to each church? Studying, we can see that the word “angel” means “messenger” and again by looking at history we can see that throughout the church history (church ages) there have clearly been particular individual men that have brought a set aside, separate message or teaching for that church age such as Martin Luther, after the time of the Dark Ages, with the cruel persecution of Christians and the extreme ruling of the Roman Catholic Church. Martin Luther was sent with a Message to the church age of his time to release those who were to see That Star and follow his Message of salvation simply by faith in God alone, thus setting free those from the bondage of the church man made creeds and doctrines which were clearly against the Word of God. ie: indulgencies, forgiveness of sins by men rather than God directly, and the praying to saints etc.

So we believe that there have been set church ages with appointed messengers for each age and we therefore are in the last of the church ages, Laodicea. Who then would be the angel, messenger for our time? It would have to be someone that would be vindicated in the very same manner that all other men with Messages from God had been vindicated as God does not change. Heb. 13:8. This man would have to align directly with the Word of God no different than in times past and this particular messenger would also have been foretold within the scriptures as we are in the last days of the Gentile dispensation. The Book of Malachi plainly prophesied that YOU would be sent Elijah the prophet before the great and dreadful day of the Lord. Mal.4:5-6. 5 “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord: 6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”

Today, I, like those of our like same faith, rejoice that we have been chosen by God to see His Star and have been blessed with the Lord’s Grace to have seen and heard the Star’s Message for our age. That we have had our hearts turned back to the original faith of the Gospel fathers and have been redeemed by this Word, in this day.

The purpose of this web site is to reach others who, like the wise men of Christ time, see the Star, follow it and find out it leads them directly to Christ Himself. Not a church doctrine or creed. Not an education or seminary teaching. Not a man’s idea or understanding of the scripture, but the Voice of God Himself speaking and leading those which were chosen to see the Star back to himself before the end of the Gentile dispensation and the translation of “we which are alive and remain.” First  Thessalonians 4:13-18. Pray, read the Bible and diligently seek Him who may have chosen you before the foundation of the world to be counted as His sheep which hear His voice.

God bless you.

37 “When the wise men followed the stars, there’s not one speck of history, or any observatory, or anything…And they even kept time by the stars. But no one seen that Star but the wise men, see, that’s right, ’cause they were looking for It. And they were expecting to see It, and It guided them to the Christ. And, yet, It passed over every observatory, and as—as the people looked at the skies, to tell the times, and so forth. But nobody seen It going, but the wise men, for it was intended for them to see It. If God intends for you to see something, you’ll see It.” 54-1231  -  Everlasting Life And How To Receive It.      Rev.
